High / Deep embossing

Impressive multi-dimensionality

The blind embossing in high and deep version is a relief embossing, which takes place without the transfer of a coloured embossing foil. Within high embossing, the embossing motif is raised whereas within low embossing it is deepened. If a motif is highly embossed, this provides a possibility of a multi-stage blind embossing in addition to the one-stage blind embossing. Thereby, picture elements can be spatially and plastically highlighted in a realist way. Depending on the motif, the multi-dimensional images creating light and shadow can have different optical effects and cause noticable experiences. Such a high level of attention can be achieved thanks to combination with a partial gloss varnish or an embossing foil.
